This Policy is intended to inform individuals i.e., talent candidates, talent managers, website users/ official representatives/ customers, industry professionals, partners and their employees ("you", "your" or "user"), the manner in which CONNECT THE RELEVANT (CONNECT…), a service provided by CTR Tech Pvt. Ltd. with its registered office at 64 Aram Nagar-II, Andheri West, Mumbai, Maharashtra - 400061, India ("CONNECT…", "we", or "us"), collects information from you, processes your information, how we use and disclose/ transfer such information, and the steps we take to protect such information.

1. INFORMATION COLLECTED
In connection with your relationship with CONNECT…, we may have, or will collect or assemble information about you for the purpose of creating an account on the CONNECT… application/platform ("Application/App"). Please note that data/ information may be collected when you use the App. The data or information collected by CONNECT… may contain 'sensitive personal data or information' ("SPI") or 'personal information' as defined under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDPA”). The data we collect may include the following types of data, but is not restricted to -

(a) Personal details: Name, work and home contact details (email and phone numbers), occupation, and designation.

(b) Other occupation-related information: Details of the organisation representing you, details of the management, information pertaining to your work such as projects, social media links, professional experience and discography, reference names and such other information, for the purposes of creating your account on the App.

(c) Audiovisual materials: Photograph, and images/footage captured on video systems, voice and video recordings submitted by you when you sign up for creating an account on the App;

(d) Information or content posted by you on the App or your activity on the App;

(e) Data collected automatically while using the App: Cookies, browser web storage (e.g., HTML5), web beacons and similar technologies and also access to your device for taking pictures and recording audio and video.

(f) Device Information: While using the App we collect information from and about the phones and other devices (i.e. computers, laptops, connected TV’s) and web-connected devices which you may use to integrate with the App and we combine information across different devices you use. The information we obtain from these devices will include the following:

(i) Device Attributes: information pertaining to the operating/system hardware and software versions, battery levels, signal strength, storage, browser type app and file names and plugins.

(ii) Device Operations: information pertaining to operations and behaviors which are being performed on the device.

We limit the data collected to what is strictly necessary to complete the purpose of the processing as provided in Section 2 below and:

• erase all irrelevant data,
• restrain from retaining data for an unlimited duration, and
• abstain from processing sensitive data when not compulsory.

2. HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We use your information in the following manner:

• Carrying out verification for creating your account on the App;
• Managing our contractual relationship with you;
• Facilitating communication with you and other users;
• Operating and managing our business operations;
• Complying with legal requirements;
• Monitoring your use of our systems;
• Fulfil requests for services, App functionality, support and information for internal operations;
• To personalize content you see when you use the App;
• To send promotional materials, include by instant messaging or e-mail;

• Undertaking data analytics, testing, research, statistical and survey purpose and to solicit your feedback;
• To improve and develop our App and conduct product development;
• To support and promote the social functions of the App;
• To allow you to participate in interactive features of the App;
• To understand how you use the App including across all your devices;
• To gather additional information such as your age, gender and interests; and
• To promote the safety, security of the App.

3. RETENTION
The information above would be collected and retained by the following entity:

We will not retain any SPI for longer than is required for the purpose for which such data or information was collected or may lawfully be used or is otherwise required under any other law for the time being in force.

4. DISCLOSURE AND/ OR TRANSFER

(a) Sharing information with third parties:
Subject to your account settings, your public account details, your uploaded content, comments and other activities that you want make public on our App will be accessible to other users.
Your information will be shared with our affiliates, vendors, event organizers, business partners, payments processing organization, customer support services and any other companies, which assist us to carry out operations on our behalf and enable us to provide you with our services efficiently. They may further share your information as described in the privacy policy. We may also share your data with social media platforms for analytical, testing, research, statistical and survey purposes.

(b) Mandatory Disclosures or Transfers:
We may disclose data or information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with applicable laws, in response to a court order, judicial or other government warrant, or to otherwise cooperate with law enforcement or other governmental agencies.

5. YOUR CHOICES
You may, of course, decline to share certain information with us. However, if you do not provide certain information, we may not be able to fulfil our obligations towards you. We use reasonable measures to make sure that the security measures are proportionate to the risks involved and are taken to preserve the availability, the confidentiality and the integrity of the processing.

Please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. We cannot and do not guarantee that information about you will not be accessed, viewed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards.

7. INFORMATION STORAGE
We will store your information on servers owned and maintained by the server service provider.

8. CHANGES AND UPDATES TO THIS POLICY
We may revise the Policy from time to time. Please revisit this page periodically to stay aware of any changes to this Policy. If we modify this Policy, we will indicate the date of the latest revision.
We may not be able to separately notify you of the revisions each time that we make them. We encourage you to check the App periodically for modifications or revisions to the Policy to understand how it affects the use of your information. We will not be responsible for your failure to remain informed about such changes.
