Authentication
- 1. Download CONNECT THE RELEVANT App from App Store | Play Store.
- 2. Launch CONNECT THE RELEVANT App on your Apple | Android device.
- 3. Add mobile number which you want to use as the registered mobile number to Sign Up on CONNECT THE RELEVANT App.
- 4. Accept the terms of service and tap continue. (To read the Terms of Service you can click on the given hyperlink)
- 5. You will receive a 4-digit OTP on your mobile number.
- 6. Tap on Verify.
Registration
- 1. Select Your category as Talent.
- 2. Fill out the Talent Registration blanks.
- a. Talent Name
- b. Management Name
- c. Email ID
- d. Profession 🠚 Select Your Profession / Professions from the category screen and Tap on update.
- (Please ensure the professions you select are true to your knowledge, as they will be verified by Team CTR).
- 3. Tap on Send and you will be directed to the video authentication screen.
- 4. Please ensure a clear authentication video is recorded and submitted. eg : “Hi, I am Talent Name and my mobile number is 98*******0”
- 5. Tap on Submit to submit the video or on Retry to try again.
- 6. Once the information submitted, Team CTR will verify your information and activate your Talent Profile.
- 7. You will receive account activated Email and SMS as confirmation from Team CTR.
Subscription
- 1. You can subscribe to CONNECT THE RELEVANT App by either paying INR 1000 per annum or via promo code. (If you are eligible for free one-year membership, Team CTR will share the promo code with you via Email and SMS)
- 2. Subscribe via Payments:
- a. Select Annual and Tap on continue.
- b. Choose Your preferred payment method. (Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallet, EMI, Pay Later)
- c. After completing the transaction, you will be successfully subscribed to CONNECT THE RELEVANT App.
- 3. Subscribe via Promo code:
- a. Select promo code and enter the unique promo code shared by Team CTR via Email and SMS
- b. Tap on continue.
- c. You will be successfully subscribed to CONNECT THE RELEVANT App.
Set Up Web Login
The web login feature helps Talents to securely access, edit, add custom fields, custom links, and update their profile using laptop or desktop.- 1. Please enter your email id that you wish to use for the web login.
- 2. Please enter a strong password to set up your web login.
- 3. Tap on Continue and your Web Login will be created.
Set Up Profile Picture
- 1. Click on the Picture Icon.
- 2. Select your preferred picture from your Gallery. (You might be prompted to give access to the gallery of Your device)
- 3. Adjust your picture to fit the frame.
- 4. Tap on Crop Image.
- 5. Tap on Continue and Your profile picture will be set.
Notification Settings
You can select the types of Talents you are interested in to get notified when they update their profile. You can select as many categories as you would like to.- 1. Select your preferred Talent Categories from the list.
- 2. Tap on Continue and Your Notifications will be set.
Setting Up Biometrics
CONNECT THE RELEVANT adds an additional layer of security with the intuitive Biometrics Control. Of course you can choose to enable/disable the Biometrics at any time of using the app.- 1. You will be prompted to activate the mobile device Biometrics once you have successfully set up your profile and launched the CONNECT THE RELEVANT App for first time.
- 2. Tap on OK to set up your Biometrics or cancel to set up later.
Now you are all set to start browsing on CONNECT THE RELEVANT.
Note:
● CONNECT THE RELEVANT can only be activated with one phone number on one phone at a time.
● Your device must be able to receive SMS during the verification process and editing/updating information process. CONNECT THE RELEVANT App don’t support setting up new accounts on Wi-Fi only devices.
● You must only register a mobile phone number owned by You or Your Account won't be activated.
● You must disable all task-killers, call-blocking settings and apps disabled.
