How to Raise a Query?
  • 1. Launch CONNECT THE RELEVANT App.
  • 2. Go to Account Settings setting_icon > Need Help.
  • 3. Tap on Describe Your Problem and type your query.
  • 4. Tap on the attach screenshot add_screenshot_icon if you have any screenshot of the problem of your query.
